Tourism plays a significant economic part in the community. Beausejour boasts about the Superior Inn Motel & Conference Centre that has 36 rooms, including 6 theme rooms and a room designated for handicapped accessibility. It offers a 75 seat banquet/conference room, and a 30 seat breakfast/meeting room.
With a historic, state-of-the-art racetrack facility, Beausejour hosts the Canadian Power Toboggan Championships and the Double B Agricultural Festival to Eastern Manitoba. Beausejour’s recreational opportunities are unlimited and include a regulation-sized ice arena, six- sheet curling rink, swimming pool, nature and ski trails, golf course plus a recreational hall.
A modern 30 bed hospital with an attached Primary Care Centre and two medical clinics provide the health care as required. One personal care home, five senior residences plus the Burgoyne Station 55+ and Moya Doma Condos are available to serve the region’s seniors.
